Our Technical Service Managers (TSMs) assist our technical staff in vertical and strategic technologies as well as a program management office (PMO) for quality assurance and control. Project Management (PM) oversight guarantees Quality Assurance (QA) driven and focused database assessment value.
We follow Best Practices and incorporate repeatable processes with over 30 years of proven success. We combine elements of the Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT), SEI, and PMI principles to deliver consistent, effective lifecycle services. This approach applies the SEI CMMI concepts of process improvement (CMMI-DEV) to the individual elements of Agile development, such as business requirements, software design, and traceability.
Agile and Scrum are also incorporated, a framework for frequent inspection, adoption, team involvement, accountability, best practices and rapid delivery of high-quality application, database, integration, and other software enhancements. Baselines are well maintained and documented.
